freshly minced matured steak, bound with a little beaten egg and flour. griddled to a perfect medium rare, served on a warm toasted bun with a little fresh salad, some melting gruyere, ground pepper.......and gherkins.

.....to take away from La Case K2 in Les Gets, France. Just the best burger ever.....

Love gherkins on their own. On a burger they are extra nice. All those sweet meat juices mixed in makes it for me. And most saying no probably never really tasted them properly.
