Just won 1-0 v Espanyol. Great result, much needed after giving away points in the last few weeks. Only a few mins for Garcia at the end but Maffeo solid as always and got a full match.

Seems to me only Maffeo is getting any real game time. Tbf I didn't rate Aleix Garcia and neither does their boss. Time will tell.

Remember when everyone thought we could just send all our youngsters there and they would play?

Happy to see its not like that. Maffeo is getting game time and has proven himself. Looks like the others haven't. Thats the way it should be. Youngsters should play based on merit and not on the fact they come from parent club City.

Breda have 4 starting tonight and one on the bench so it seems to work well there. Girona play some good stuff and Maffeo showed he needs to be back here in the summer.Think Garcia is a decent player, just needs a little confidence, might be better off at Breda where he will get game time.

Garcia or Luiz should be recalled, really not doing anything at Girona, especially when they could feature in the weaker games.
