Blondie's career has gone downhill since releasing "Maria" in 1999.

Okay, it was a No.1 single, but the follow up only made something like No.26 and then the album "No Exit" didn't do much overall despite making No.3. After that, the public moved on and they are just a legends act at festivals now.
 
I don’t know what happens with the BBC sound mix but too often the vocals get buried. Maybe it’s intentional or I’ve got a crap telly

Given the voices you can’t hear I’d say intentional and requested by the artist

that was still 24 years ago, and their second coming is still longer lasting than 95% of bands, not saying they should still be going right now but you know lol
