Glastonbury 2023

Moby said that on the BBC in 2003.

The conversation started regarding Radiohead refusing to play Creep the night before, with Moby saying later on "These days you go to a gig and the lead singer says, 'these are songs from our new album'.... No, you don't want that, people want to hear the hits".

I'm watching Arctic Monkeys now and they still haven't improved from the last time I've seen them live. They seem to disappoint from that of the studio recordings and Alex's singing is a little flat. The songs may sound more mature now, but this is making them boring and like elevator music sort of thing. Their album before this was similar...... and yep, please play some hit singles or I am switching this off.

Random shots on a single crowd member for like 15 seconds we don't want to see either, we tuned in for the bands.

Mardy Bum he ruined, should be sung how it is on the record.
Note to Axl Rose :

Play the fucking hits and get out of there.

All a matter of taste.

Like Arctic Monkeys. Got an excellent back catalogue.

But thought they were dull last night. Not helped by Turner contrived attempts to act and sound cool.

No **** ever complain about the cost of living again..ever.

200,000 people, £335 entry ticket…..
some people will tak a 2 week holiday abroad and save all year.

Some people save up for sporting events or conerts

some people save up and go to festivals each summer

anyone on a jet2 holiday or tui package or who even has a day out at a cup final or other event also shouldnt never complain I supose then.

best we all work then go home and sit at home in any spare time because its us peasant who should forego any extras (hard earned and saved up for) because the well off fucked up our economy

Never got the arctic monkeys, back in 2004 thought they were shite, thought they'd disappear after 1 album. And here we still are.
When you get big quickly then you pick up a following who are likely to stay with you regardless of what you churn out.

People didn’t become Oasis fans when they released Be Here Now.

Exactly a few bands through history have blew the socks off with a debut albulm, followed up with an equally good one and lived off their repitation and a splattering of decent songs per follow up albulms to keep criticsm low

Artics and Oasis being 2 of the most recent
