Not an Elton John fan, especially the 80s pop stuff and seeing him struggle to walk onto the stage was expecting this to be a disaster that would make everyone forget how bad McCartney was, but fair play.

Still got his voice and putting on a proper show worthy of being a headliner. Couple of obscure tracks that have sucked the life a bit but got it back each time and the crowd are loving it, even if the ones at the back are in a different county.

Because its a show to him - as I said earlier I saw him and Queen in the 80's and it was never about sounding like the album you had come to see a show and both gave you a fucking show

I wouldn't even quantify it with his age, it's one of the great Glastonbury performances.
