Glenn Hoddle is a ****

Apart from the two minutes comment which is a pretty low amount of injury time in today's game he was pretty complimentary towards City. He always likes teams that play football even in his day (something that was frowned upon by the English old men at the FA) from the defence back he's a huge fan of passing and movement.

I've always found him to like Peps style and tipped you guys for the treble during the game.

Ferdinand looked pissed off though!!!
Rio must have got word BT are now doing random drugs checks…whooosh he’s gone -:)

I genuinely think some of you on here are ruining your own enjoyment of the games by concentrating so much on every word the commentators say and trying to find an anti City hidden message in every comment.

The biggest complaint seems to be that he mentioned the lack of injury time in the first half. An identical complaint that I’ve read about a thousand times on here. Quite often by people now complaining that Hoddle was complaining about the same thing.

Nobody has gotten more of a career by playing 3 at the back than Hoddle

He was a fantastic footballer and brilliant to watch, there’s no question about that, but, there’s just something about him as a person and ‘personality’ that I’ve never been able to take to, proper ‘wrong un’ with a really nonce like take on things, that Eileen Drury (was it) nonsense didn’t surprise me.

Plus, he reminds me of literally every Spurs fan I’ve come across on holiday, in that any football conversation about teams/players being the best or potentially winning things, they get affronted that you don’t automatically include them or a Spurs player in it, oh and fuck me does he (and they) love to give their opinion on something as if it’s an actual fact.

In short, he’s a proper boring noncey ****.

I only listened to him 2nd half & thought he was in love with us. I don’t know how he was earlier but it came across to me soneone who really appreciated the football being played, especially John Stones role.

I’ve not always been keen on Hoddle as a pundit but I thought he was decent last night. I only ask for fairness and he was complimenting us a lot of the time.

Perhaps we see the real Glenn Hoddle in that Paddy Power ex Spurs players supporting City advert!!

Doubt it.
