Glenn Hoddle is a ****

Spurs fans are by far the worst for it, then the tarquins, and some way behind Chelsea, and right at the back West Ham (never met a wanker fan of theirs yet).

In fairness to Glen Hoddle he usually speaks highly of Pep and his teams.
I suspect there is part of him wishes that he’d had the opportunity to play for Pep, bearing in mind he was a skilful player and very comfortable on the ball.

Apart from the two minutes comment which is a pretty low amount of injury time in today's game he was pretty complimentary towards City. He always likes teams that play football even in his day (something that was frowned upon by the English old men at the FA) from the defence back he's a huge fan of passing and movement.

I've always found him to like Peps style and tipped you guys for the treble during the game.

Ferdinand looked pissed off though!!!
Camelgob is a twat of the highest order.

Not a chance he would get in a Pep team, a wonderful talent but often did not turn up.

Just watched Cheesey's vlog from Munich and he chats with Hoddle before the game - complimentary about City and adds that he even has a bet on us to win the CL
Met Hoddle once in an airport during a long wait for a plane. Didn't recognize him at first and talked football & other stuff till he said who he was after I'd mentioned Wembley '81. He was alright.

Luckily I didn't ask him if he knew that people think he's a cnut.

Lol -I’ve had a love hate with him. Hated in 81 & his controversial comments but remember wearing my shirt out & thinking I was him.

I also think some of his comments will have had extra shit added to them by the press.

What a player though.
Ditto.
I was never a skilful player ,but as a kid you couldn't help but notice the composure ,control and skill from a player ,who appeared to be from a different planet, back in the day,he really stood out,as football back in the late 70s was long high balls from the centre back or full back in the general direction of the centre forward, then an almighty scuffle for the ball when it dropped down to earth..

I loved watching late 70s early 80s spurs on tv ,not gonna mention the cup final,wounded...........And Hoddle scored some sensational goals
His volley technique was absolutely top drawer, and long range passing from deep centre mid superb.
I've never liked him as a pundit over the years,( arrogant southern anti city tosser) but his Sublime skills as a player ,on tv for spurs and England, were great memories tbh.
A Fantastic football player.

He would be in a Pep Team mate.
Pep would make him " turn up" Imo
Keith burkinshaw and Ron Greenwood prob not on Peps level.

Only on Page 12 after decades?

Oh wait, new thread!

He’s been one for so long, it’s hard to imagine anything he could have done recently to make him a bigger **** than he’s been for decades!

One of the most intelligent and articulate pundits around is our own Nedum, and yet he can’t get a look-in as a co-commentator on national television.

It’s a fucking disgrace!

Had a bit of 5 live on my headphones, even worse. Stephen Warnock and Ian Dennis night as well be Kahn and Hoeness
Haven't listened to this station for a long time but had no choice for Wednesday's game.

I was genuinely shocked at the extent of their blatant anti-City bias.

This from our national broadcaster.
