I bet Surrey constabulary gets a bigger budget for some reason. These Tory bastards starve the north out as it makes it easy for them to attack us and the institutions whilst placating their southern bastards with favourable budgeting.

I'm surprised we still have anyone willing to do that job,given the shit conditions,the Govt cutbacks,and the vile population,they have to deal with.

I guess that's why the standard of officer has fallen,they cant be as choosy anymore when recruiting,and the experienced officers are leaving in their droves.
