I'm surprised we still have anyone willing to do that job,given the shit conditions,the Govt cutbacks,and the vile population,they have to deal with.

I guess that's why the standard of officer has fallen,they cant be as choosy anymore when recruiting,and the experienced officers are leaving in their droves.

I know,its fucking comical.
We know have a bunch of wet lettuces with no presence,and no street knowledge,barely patrolling our streets,and being led a merry dance by the criminal/scrote element.
They went down a similar route a few years back with Paramedics,so you get a bunch of kids running around with no bed side manner or life experience.

Note, that by not recording offences, GMP are reducing their own budget allocation!
