Going to away games on your own

I've been to quite a few on my own. The one I remember most is Crystal Palace because it was on my 30th birthday. We lost and it was a really crap day !!

I went on the official supporters club coach from Maine Road. The only bonus was a girl (also on her own) sat with me and we had a half decent time til she met up with people she knew when we stopped at the servcies on the way back and that was that :-(

Me and my mum have been going for years, she took me to my first game 18 years ago. and since then, we've been everywhere.
She's been going for 38 years, but had to miss the 2008 season due to work.
That season i went on my own home, away and in Europe. I met some brilliant people who i am still mates with now, went with bredbury blues a few times that season, travelled with spikes/bluemoon trips to schalke, copenhagen/hamburg, nicosia etc... And always met people. A few on here in fact.
