I don't think the fact the kid rises once released can confirm its fake, if you pull something off the ground quickly enough and release before say straighting your arms it will keeping rising ever so slightly.

Saying that wouldn't suprise me if it was fake.
 
Have a look at an eagles talons and then consider what the babys shoulders would be like after they were gripped by a pair and the baby lifted up.

Fake. What are the chances of someone filming a non incident from that angle and then a Golden Eagle doing something that has never happened before. Unless, of course, it was filmed by Elvis on the back of a unicorn.
