Golf Club Advice

Don't go Bramhall Park...great course but stuffy bastards kicked me out of the clubhouse for wearing jeans. They didn't like my jean jacket either.

Thanks for the replies guys, initially I prefer the Bramhall golf club, course seems a bit more varied and a bit closer to us, prices arent too bad but shit me both having joining fees, never paid one in Tameside and been member of Duki, Stamford and Denton!

Evening All

I have recently moved to Bramhall after growing up in tameside and I am after a new golf club, there are quite a few, Bramhall has 2, Bramhall Golf Club and Beamhall Park Golf Club, anyone got any recommendations/ reviews of courses in the area?

Thanks in Advance
Just rejoined Bramhall since leaving there in my late teens some 30 years ago and played Bramall Park many times in recent years as two of my lads are members. Bramhall is regarded as the 'better' club currently with a larger membership and very impressive competition scene and clubhouse. Its been a very welcoming return to the club after so many years. I think both courses are very good and well maintained. Better practice facilities at Bramhall though. Both are about the same fees per year but you can spread the joining fee over four years at Bramhall - not sure about BP, probably can do there as well. Once the mad rush re bookings etc has died down perhaps pm me and see if you fancy a round at Bramhall - plenty of Blues there to make a 4 ball.

Golfers bunch of cunts ,I went to a bit of a do at Denton golf club, when i was looking for somewhere to sit I spied a beautiful oak table with a throne fit for a frog, as i settled into the throne feeling regal i was told to hop it as it was the captain's chair, and the fucking captain wasn't even in the building, fuck golf off, fishing now that's an honourable sport
