Good band names

i was talking about this the other day with my drummer.

we decided on 'pacific trash vortex' it's a real place. i think it's great and i might use it.. so don't nick it will you.

i'm trusting you here..

Sounds a bit prog that Aphex and yet I can't help but like it. It could be one of those Montreal bands (A Silver Mount Zion style) but also very Manchester with the 808 State/The Whip song connections.

In answer to the question I always wanted to call a band The Shamal, dunno why.
