as an evertonian am rooting for city for pretty much the same reasons. fans who have stood by their team through some grim and desperate times and will hopefully get that loyalty rewarded later today. living down south amongst so many united fans ( use the term loosely as none ever seem to go ) it will give me great pleasure to see their sad little faces later on. and hear their bitter excuses for not winning it.
always had a soft spot for pompey also as lived there for many years, great working class fans who love their club and were shafted by the authorities and still support a club they love.
