Hillman take on Whitley Bay on Sunday at Wembley. Around 7000 Glossopians travelling down. Even got a Special train carrying 800 people from Glossop Station, calling at Broadbottom! Coaches going from every pub. Just got a case of Stella in and one of the lads has found a tidy bottle of Mekong whisky for the occasion.

Ive sold me derby tickets to go (first Derby missed since 76!). Lots of Glossop Blues going and reds as well. Watching the Derby in the Green Man near Wembley...then ducking into Wembley to watch Glossop lift the cup.

We'll give some shit to the hoards from Surrey travelling North

We're gonna smash it up when we win the cup

See you in the green man

i was talking about the creator of this thread not you. Fair play family commitments and all that. I wasn't having a go it just seemed strange because it seemed a straight choice between going to watch city and going to watch Glossop and he chose Glossop.

I live in Broadbottom. :P How they going to fit it on the platform? It's tiny!
Good luck to North End anyway. Was going to go.

Broadbottom platform is about three coaches long-Glossop is about double that.So they'll probably supervise the boarding at Glossop and then stop the empty carriages at Broadbottom.Easy really-just takes a little time.
