My take on Carlos - Academically, thick as two short planks. Badly advised and easily led.

As a footballer, a genius. We're lucky to have him. Milan & co. must be kicking themselves for not getting him on the cheap after Munich last year.

Credit to Mancini and Tevez himself for turning it around.

Lots of credit should also go to the backroom staff, there will many of them who have worked with him on many issues behind the scenes, unsung hero's.

Good point there about the backroom staff. Also important was that his team mates appeared to welcome him back. Without support all round it would have been impossible.

Great to hear reported on R5 just now that he is really happy and would even consider a contract extension. What a turnaround.

About time there was a positive thread.

Kun's injury simply demonstrates why we need him for at least this season and even, as has been sensibly suggested, let him see out his contract until Argentina beckons. But time will tell...
