Ken Clarke has started a row over what constitutes rape. He has also called for offenders who admit guilt to get as little as 15 months imprisonment.
Ed Miliband slams Ken Clarke rape comments

Ed Miliband today demanded the resignation of Justice Secretary Kenneth Clarke after he said that there were different categories of rape.
Challenged by the Labour leader at Prime Minister's Questions about Mr Clarke's comments, David Cameron said that he had not heard the radio interview concerned.
However Mr Miliband told him: "The Prime Minister when he leaves this chamber should go and look at the comments of the Justice Secretary and then he should say to him very clearly the Justice Secretary should not be in his post at the end of today."
Mr Miliband read out details of an exchange between BBC Radio 5 Live presenter Victoria Derbyshire and Mr Clarke.
In response to a question about the average five-year prison sentence for rape, Mr Clarke replied: "That includes date rape, 17-year-olds having intercourse with 15-year-olds."
Mr Miliband said Mr Clarke then went on to say there were categories of "forcible rape" and "serious rape".
"The Justice Secretary cannot speak for the women of this country when he makes comments like that," the Labour leader said.
Mr Cameron replied: "I have not heard this interview." He stressed however that it should be for the courts to decide the seriousness of an offence and the sentence passed.
He said the House of Commons, under the former Labour government, had decided not to differentiate between different categories of rape.
"What matters is, do we get more cases to court, do we get more cases convicted and do we get more cases sent down for decent sentences? That is the concern we should have," he said.

I agree that a 17yr old shagging a 15 yr old consensually is not rape-kids experimenting, ffs we all did it male or female.
