Is that the same message that BillyShears is getting on http://forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/threads/macbook-ad-issues.316870/?I have been getting a message coming on my screen saying to update the new version of Chrome,I'm running chrome 46 or somert,I daren't do it,but when I thought oh fuck it i'll give it a try my windows prevented it from running,can anyone help me with advice please ?

You should only update your browser via the Settings>Help and about>About Google Chrome link.
Just to be safe I'd try the same suggestion I gave BillShears at the bottom of the link I gave.
