Well, it looks like the government are going to strengthen their ability to deport this kind of individual, so the next would be illegal immigrant hate preacher may decide on some other destination to deposit him/herself.

I'm amazed that some folk are worrying about 'loss of freedoms,' and although I understand this libertarian standpoint, it has to be tempered with pragmatism and common sense. To encourage someone like this to enrich lawyers at our expense and lavish them with largesse and relatively luxurious accommodation for their families, does get peoples backs up and does absolutely nothing to discourage others to fetch up here.
Anyone arriving on false documents should never be granted permission to remain, claiming asylum here after avoiding numerous other countries should be clamped down upon, as it is patently obvious that we're the destination of choice, not necessity.
