The tank is shit.
Got boring after about 3 minutes.
Glad I spent $1.5m on it.
Oh, and in answer to the next question, survivals and races, just make sure you win them (it seems the higher the level of other players the more $ and RP you get).
And selling cars, get $9k for a Range Rover and $8k for a Hummer, both easily found.

You can do it at the end of the pier.
2 or 3 of you and you can be their for an hour. Just need to be careful of the SWAT teams (or whatever they are) dropping out of the helicopters behind you.
To make things easier you can block the pier with cars to slow the police cars down.
Yesterday's update - only played it twice, the survival on the pier seems pretty decent.

Been doing the race up and down the dual carriage way. No idea of the name but if you win you get nearly 8k plus a shit load of points.
Would be good for a crew race. You can get a hell of a load of cash in an hour.

True. I will usually only target those with bounties because they are fair game, but it just dull now and I haven't really been playing on it that much at all. The Heists and single player DLC might liven it up but online had such promise it is silly that Rockstar didn't have everything ready rather than drag it out the way the have done.

Every GTA has been the same for me since the start. They can tart it up as much as they like, but as soon as you've done the storyline the game is just so shallow. Compare it to something like Skyrim, which you can just sink hours and hours into, that's much more the direction it needs to be going (Without the dragons and magic of course).
Kudos for trying to make the online thing work after the car crash that was GTA4, but it was still rubbish.
