You can just tell this thread will be one to avoid, as will any match day thread when we face him, assuming he stays in the PL. Some will never acknowledge what he did for us, the statue of the signing and will just slag him off.

There is that element too, that Pep, regardless of who is to blame, didn’t get the absolute best out of him. I really thought he would get the central spot when Kev left and personally I don’t believe he’s been given the chance in full, but nobody knows why and so it’s irrelevant.

Disgusting treatment by so called “fans” about one of their players who has always been polite & caring. He might have problems for all we know & seemingly, the club & Pep have looked after him.
