I know Pep revolutionised football but has the revolution gone so far that fans now compare a winger with 100 goals and over 60 assists to one with 12 goals and under 20 assists? Yeah but sterling didn’t wear his socks low and have a “cool” haircut.

If grealish was perceived to be ordinary looking and not as some nonsensical “jack the lad” type he would not get half the love as he does on here.

Average player who produced below average numbers for us aside from a fairly decent 6 month spell (which has seemingly turned into he single handily won us games in the eyes of some)

I very much expect it will be difficult to shift him permanently. That says it all.
