I don't know why the City programme doesn't fix red eye before publishing photos.

Putting that to one side, congrats on your photo and the proposal. I have been to Vegas several times for poker tournaments and planning on staying in the Paris hotel next time around.

I was in the West Ham one on page 50 - on the Capilano Suspension Bridge in Vancouver , Canada!!!
