The Birmingham keeper pulled off an absolute wordlie last night. Think it was a triple save in the end but the first one in particular was amazing. Then to get up and make another save.

Up there. Schmiechel v Liverpool 2003.
James. V Chelsea 2005 from Lampard.

Ederson v palace a few years ago from benteke.
Also a joe hart one from a header at anfield.

Overrated saves.

Seaman v Sheffield United. Harsh but I thought it was vastly overrated.

Joe Corrigan at home to QPR, December 1975, which ended up a 0-0 draw.

QPR were neck-and-neck with Liverpool for the title that season, a great footballing side to watch.

David Thomas took a left-wing corner at the Platt Lane end, fizzing it to the back post where David Webb was steaming in to plant powerful header that had 'goal' written all over it.

Big Joe had to change his positioning as the cross came in, then leapt athletically backwards, reaching to the height of the crossbar it seemed, to paw the header over the bar before collapsing onto the ground.

It was astonishing seeing his performances around this time. After a few years of Joe suffering with his weight problems and seeming inability to concentrate for the full 90 minutes, this was when, having knuckled down to training etc, he turned himself into a top class goalkeeper.

The crowd went wild and the applause was joined in by all of the players.. Webb himself walked over to shake Joe's hand to say 'Well done!'

For me, as good a save as the one Gordon Banks made from Pele in the 1970 World Cup but, sadly for Joe, I don't think it was captured on film as the game wasn't televised.
