Best advice so farSend them out with their bikes and a football. Tell them to come back when they are hungry, it's dark, or a stranger offers them sweets.

Book them a session at velodrome took mine to taster on the bmx track £3 if you pay council tax to Manchester + £3 for hire of all the pads helmet and bikes.
