I didn't think I'd see anyone get anywhere near Henry as he was the dog's bollocks for about 5 years and had a genuine claim to be in the top three players in the world at the time.
It pains me to say it though but that twat Ronaldo scored an absolutely stupid amount of goals in his last three seasons and was also the best all round attacker in the league too (i.e. not just a goal scorer).
So I think I have to say him.
Give me Henry any day over him though, as Ronaldo is a cheat, a moaner, a ponce and a twat.
Other names that immediately spring to mind.
Bergkamp (best number 10), Keane and Vieira (best all round midfielders), Le Tissier (best maverick), Giggs, Bale and Ginola (best wingers), Gerrard and Lampard (best goalscoring midfielders, Scholes (best technique), Schmiechal (best keeper).
But I have still never seen any other player in this country who could do the things that Kinkladze could do. I'm not claiming he was anywhere near consistent enough to be considered amongst the best but he was definitely easily amongst the most talented.
