Greatest TV Character of all time

Hello blues. Was just thinking of all the TV shows I have watched over the deacade (The Wire, Sopranos, BB GOT, etc.) and then wondered who might be the greatest TV character of all time. For me it's Walter White out of all the shows I have watched. He was astounding.

The fact that he was supposed to be evil and slimey, meant he probably did a grand job.
