I had a look and like has already been said it's an image from the last few days.

You're right to be wary though. A lot of websites and newspapers will deliberately choose favourable/unfavorable pictures to help 'reinforce' their opinion on someone.

So in this case has Wallace deliberately chosen an unfavourable picture of himself to reinforce our opinion that he is a bit of a nobhead?
