Gregg Wallace

Lovely tale but completely untrue.
Elaine Smith/Heller Toren was not a contestant on his show. She was the wife of his then best friend, Jess Yates.
Hughie Green and Jess Yates were a horrible pair by all accounts. Paula Yates’ mother later suspected her husband drugged her so that Green could rape her, because she only recalls having an affair with him 7 years after Paula was born.

Later on the two men must have fallen out because Green was the one who revealed JY’s extramarital affair causing him to get sacked from his religious TV role.

Just for balance, there's also been quite few women come out saying they've also worked with him, and not had an issue with him.

One or two new accusers today it seems, some with more sordid stories, one basically saying he'd flashed at her in a dressing room.
These sex pests probably get lewd with those they fancy

Elaine Smith is a very odd woman with an “original” look back on her history by all accounts.

Not sure why the news production company picked the sort of place that's typical for tramps and wasters to hangout in during the day time.

Why not just book the room for the interview for the sake of having a warm and private environment to conduct the interview?

It looked like the interviewer and the two interviewees were taking up most of the bench. The man going to sit down between them is clearly a bit of a bellend.

Agreed, though if the issue under discussion was about how women feel in public spaces I can see why they would choose a public space - though maybe not that one.
I’m sure what with the interviewer, the two interviewees and the person holding the camera plus maybe someone else, that they wouldn’t be getting any bother.
But as you say, daytime weekdays in parks can attract all sorts.
