Grooming gang scandal

Not really I haven't read that far back, arguing about the motives of the Beeb and GB news is as boring as it is long standing on here. A lot of threads are overly long and repetitive as you know. I came in when someone said that GB news basically didn't give a fuck because articles weren't easily found, the poster then searched using GB News(shocking eh). He/she was then called a racist nudge nudge wink wink.

Anyhow I think we have covered all we can on the subject.

We keep a list. He's on the list. :)

The poster in question has a history of making non factual claims about two tier policing and advocating for the free speech rights of people on Facebook inciting fires in asylum hotels.

If the cap fits.

Grooming is a behaviour designed to establish a bond between victim and perpetrator or perpetrator and families of victims.

It may have taken place but not been the focus of the charges.

It seems to have not taken place in Glasgow because of the age of the children. There was one child still in nappies.

It's not been reported but it seems likely some of those children are the children of one or more of the abusers.

The current Rochdale trial involves girls aged from 13.
Fair enough. I doubt many will make that distinction.

You see already that if you question the wording, you get questioned if you really care about the victims. Standard MO.

Add in a few crap personal barbs and the narrative gets shut down again.

In fairness he was asked if he could see a GB news article on the Glasgow grooming gangs, naturally you would use GB news in the search.

If a couple of you don't have the balls to come out and state what you meant by well it would come out first for you then it's pretty sad not to explain.

If we are playing the pedant game then the poster didn't say just search Glasgow grooming gangs without specifics so maybe they should explain themselves better.

If people are gonna slyly claim someone has GB News come up all the time because they are on that site a lot, man up and say it otherwise it means someone is acting like a bit of a ****.

There I said it, no implications were needed.
Fuck off.
There i said it..

They're basically saying you're racist who frequents GB News a lot.

I personally would argue the points rather than the poster because I don't know posters well enough to make that presumption, but there you go that's bluemoon for you.

I thought as much but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt because I wasn't sure anyone could be that dim but let's just put it down to them having a bad day. If you search any news organisation, their articles tend to come up first.

Back to the previous poster who claimed GB News didn't cover the Glasgow case, that was obviously wrong but that's not a denial they've got biases and blind spots. The point is, you have to read multiple news sources to avoid these biases which is what I would recommend to @BridgyDids in response to your earlier question. Don't just rely on the BBC given the way they've failed, refused, or been slow to cover many cases, especially those involving child abuse or where they deem the public shouldn't know because it might affect racial or religious tensions.

You’re not allowed to ask that question as it shows you don’t care about the victims.
You can ask and care its just you as an individual don't, you're just too busy chasing posters around tugging on their hair. It would be sweet if you were in junior school but as a grown man(physically) bit weird tbh :-)

Attack bot forces his agenda on what others are thinking, whilst throwing in some childish insults shocker.

Like a Swiss cheese but knows he’s not as clever, so has to insult to get a rise instead.

Again, I’d point out the BBC did nothing wrong in the grooming case you mentioned. Did you listen to the Private Eye podcast I put on? There has been a lot of misinformation on the reporting of the case on social media (with proper sources explaining things).

Granted, the BBC haven’t covered themselves in glory recently with Russell Brand recently. Be interesting to hear your thoughts on that? I’ve read a few sources and he seems a bit of a wrong one.

It’s quite tragic and funny reading you say this.

The lack of self awareness from you and a few others is off the scale.

Give it out but you can’t take it back can you?

What names have I called you?
As I expected.

Read my question again, unless hilts is your attack burner account.

Edit.

If I’d used attack bot’s rhetoric here, I’d add, I might as well bring the conversation to a close as you don’t seem to be able to read a simple question and answer that.

I’ve had better debates with my 6 year old niece. :-)
