I'll start with the Sunday favourite. Will be covering many dishes :)

Can we add roast pork with crackling apple sauce? But a good roast beef, joint slow cooked in a bottle of Barolo with all the trimmings on a posh day

Yes, but there's not a roast I don't like, the beef one is Antonio Carluccio's and is the bollocks. Not cheap but worth it, wine substitutes are available
