I'll start with the Sunday favourite. Will be covering many dishes :)
Can we add roast pork with crackling apple sauce? But a good roast beef, joint slow cooked in a bottle of Barolo with all the trimmings on a posh day

Take it that's a Beef?

Certainly with Barolo.

Re: The Grub battle Roast lamb dinner Vs the Roast Beef.

Lamb for me, mint sauce, new potatoes, carrots, swede, gravy and a bottle of beaujolais.

Beef and having it tonight. Lovely. With a horseradish mash

Re: The Grub battle Roast lamb dinner Vs the Roast Beef.

Lamb, pink, fat and crispy with mint sauce (with a hint of brown sauce mixed in) mint gravy roastd and mash pots. Garden peas and not else. Sublime.

Washed down with a long cold cider...

That sounds very interesting with the cider connection. Presumably a dry cider.
