I think it's obvious that Juventus are interested in Pep, and the rumors are that Sarri will sign a 2 year deal at Juventus, again this would match his contract expiration at City.

It's quite possible Pep has given them the nod for 2021 like he did with us when Pellegrini was appointed, hence all the speculation in Italy.

All we knew was Pep said he will see out the full length of his current contract with City at the very least. The new contract rumour would finish a lot Liverpool and United fans off, not to mention the journos who are desperate for him to leave.

I'm not sure if he signs a new one or goes to Turin in 2 years(maybe he doesn't know himself yet), either way we'll have had 5years out of him which is more than any other club have had. We'd all love him to stay but it's not a given, he loves the people at this club but it wouldn't surprise me if he's eager to see the back of our press. Hope he even blanks them after he moves on and is no longer obliged to give them any time.

I live in a fantasy world... but I can see Pep staying with the CFG after his 5 year term as City's manager.

The CFG can offer Pep a unique sporting proposition: Overseeing his football being implemented at 7+ Clubs and their academies and women's teams as our Manager Emeritus.

Lets say he has agreed to take over in two years. How does that work with signing players? Surely he's not going to bring some of the best young players in the world to City when he's going to want them at Juve in 2 years.
