Guardiola confirms intention to stay at City for next two years P123

Just on a sporting level I cant imagine why Pep would want to go to Juve. Drop down to the 4th best league in the world, where winning and dominating the domestic league is a minimum expectation, and he can only gain any credit at all by winning the champions league. I'd think he'd gotten enough taste of that at Bayern.

It doesnt make much sense to me. In any case he has a better squad here at City.
Series A is #3 these days.

Its about 99.9% certain that Pep will stay at City, but you keep mentioning him.

I'm mentioning him because there have been lots of contrasting rumours about his future in the past weeks, at least in Italy. I don't know how high is the real probability of Pep staying where he is because I don't know everything, so I have to go on with rumours.

In this thread specifically, I started mentioning him because he is the topic of the thread and I was looking for infos, and then I kept mentioning him because you started talking about the rumours. If you'd prefer I stop posting just say so, it's no problem for me and I don't want to exacerbate your morale.

That doesnt really change the point. Managers at Bayern, Juve, PSG, and even Barca can only enhance their reputation through the champions league. Any average manager is expected to win the domestic title.

I also still think the Bundesliga is stronger than Serie A. It's just that in Italy their mediocre teams have more famous names. Milan isnt any better than Leipzig.

Possibly because it isn’t true ?
That s not the point. In this century news fly like hurricanes in a second wordwide. An more, sky italy and england have different journalists but mr murdoch is the same. And as i already said, juventus nowaday dont suck 3 coaches at the same moment to give everything in sarri s hands. I keep on thinking something is happening. If it will be guardiola good for us, if will be klopp even better.

It s a very superficial way to talk about juventus and torino fans as you dont know at all the social and cultural background of those places. Anyway, we appreciate a lot how guardiola make them squads play. That s why we hope about that. The only weird thing is that no english papers are on it
Strange that. Isn’t it.

For someone who doesn’t know anything you seem with respect to be making an awful lot of noise.

Put aside all other arguments just for a second. This Juventus team is so far away from a Pep team in terms of players and their qualities to play in his system that its madness even to think that Guardiola will want to coach them lol Cristiano Ronaldo? NO WAY!! It is needed such a massive rebuild of the squad that will be impossible to be done just in one or two transfer windows. And its not a matter only of players. It's a matter of changing the style and the ideology of this team. Juve's style is a defensive one for many, many years it is almost like Guardiola to take over from Simeone at Atletico... It doesnt make any sense..And one more thing for the Juve fans on here - the team that Guardiola admires the most in Italy is AC Milan because of Arrigo Sacchi and his revolution in the beginning of the 90's..
