Situation for the Champions League squad:

Sane & Iheanacho would be on a foreign spot! They don't meet B list criteria.
(Iheanacho could go on B list not before Feb 2017, being 2 yrs at City then after delayed work permit)
Hart would be on a foreign spot, IF he stays (4 association-trained players already in)
