Seems a bit early for a whinge though.
He won't endear himself to Hughes, not that I care that much about thar, but he most certainly won't endear himself to MP either.

2 games in, after being unfit for 3 days, its a bit bloody stupid to be sounding off already.

He's not been fit for months.

Can understand his point but he's gone the wrong way about it. I reckon he's anxious about time slipping away without playing

Wonder if he regrets not going elsewhere already. Yesterday's tie just peetered out, with Hughes making changes at the back and in midfield. Hope he gets a chance to shine, but he'd be better advised to stay tight lipped.

Think the lad needs to shutup, buckle down and try and get as many minutes has he can untill the end of the season. His chance will come.

This.

I was pissed off he didn't get on after watching a Stoke team not make a game of it for 90 mins. It was almost like they were playing to lose. But he's a pro footballer and needs to learn to keep it shut.

He's not the first of our players to go on loan and moan and its not a nice trait.

Maybe try playing a game or two before shouting off. Another who spends more time on the treatment table than the pitch but thinks he is worthy of a regular place. Christ, modern football!

If he has said that then maybe scoring so much at Feynoord has made him think he's not just a youngster trying to break through anymore and should be playing week in week out. His illness/injuries have put him back a step or two and he should realise that.

I think I remember from watching one of the OS videos from South Africa that Kompany threw him in the pool because he kept going on about Feynoord.

Like all true pros he needs to forget the past and just focus on the future.

Spot on. There's a massive gulf between the Eredivisie and the Prem.
