Guitar solos that annoyingly fade out

Have any of you found yourself really getting into a guitar solo which starts towards the end of a piece of rock music, even strutting around playing your air guitar, only to find out that the solo fades away almost as soon as it began as the music ends?:

Sultans of Swing - Dire Straits
First time alone - John Mayall

Maybe not quite what you mean but the solo at the end of Comfortably Numb always ends too soon - it needs to go on for ever!!
