Epiphone Elitist USA Casino.
VOX AC-30 amp complete with flight case.
Hofner Bass Guitar
Rickenbacker 360v64 six string

PM your email address and i'll send you pics.

Some nice stuff there but nothing I'm interested in...in fact I'm in the process of selling a Rickenbacker 360 myself! Best of luck with the sales.

I sold my Ric 360 a few months ago... It was the best electric guitar I ever had.

To the OP, I'm writing you a PM

Brilliant guitars, superb quality and sound...I'm only getting rid of mine because I just don't play it anymore...in fact I bought it brand new in 1992, played it for the summer and then put it away back in it's case. Only got it out six months ago to have it serviced...and then thought, what is the point of having it boxed away...play or sell. Plus I fell in love with a couple of telecasters (which I bought)...I should balance the books a little!

im selling mine too a PRS CE24 sunburst colour pm's if interested. ps it wont be a cheap sale lol

How did you all learn how to play? I got my son his first electric guitar for Christmas and he still seems quite keen. He's 14.
Regular classes seem a bit pricey, so any effective tips on setting him on his way would be appreciated.

Cheers.

I tought myself, I started off by learning all the basic chords and getting used to changing between chords, and then just started learning a few songs, then started improvising and doing a bit of lead guitar.
non-stop practise and dedication pays off.
a guitar book wouldn't do any harm either, just to help get some of the basics down, and also to help undestand some theory aswell.

Is there any guitar music that he likes to listen to? I learned to play by learning songs off albums I liked, and playing along- which is good practice, imo, as teaches you how to keep in time with the band as well as how to play the instrument. If there are any 'possibilities' maybe we can try and estimate how tough each one would be to learn, for a novice?

It's a 1991 Rickenbacker 360/6 (right handed). Mapleglo with black hardware. They stopped producing them with black hardware in 1993. I used it for three months in the summer of 1992 and then put it away in the case. I got it out six months ago and had it serviced by a professional.

Overall, it is a 9.9 out of 10...no scrapes, no dents or dings, no bucklerash...nothing...in fact if I was unscrupulous I could sell it as new!

A brand new 360 goes for about £1,500. I was going to sell this for £1,250. I can provide pics (haven't taken them yet) if you're interested.

It comes with the original Rickenbacker case.
