Gundogan - Back training 26th June '17

Do you think a random bloke on the internet knows more than our state of the art medical team and the money men who have invested millions into him,he has been unlucky that's all

Hi Karen, might be a random comment off the internet but there is some truth to the "weakness" issues in that knee and the chances of more injuries. I would disagree, this is just unlucky and there is alot of weight to the ACL/MCL debate and the link to the injury in the summer....I understand what you are saying but just because we have a "state of the art" medical team, doesnt mean they are perfect and doesnt mean they wouldnt have looked at the positives (his talent) and also looked at the risks (re-injury) and decided it was just worth the risk....I hope he comes back stronger than ever and I have alot of respect for the lad but our money men wouldnt be doing their job if they didnt atleast highlight the issue and look into ways to strengthen this area of the team.

Random bloke off the internet!!!

I am THE Pink Panther

Whilst hindsight is a wonderful thing and no doubt he is a world class player but when fit. Given his injury history and the types of injuries he has had was this a risky signing?

Think its a split forum on this one mate!;) Whether risky or not, I dont know any blue that isnt happy to have him in the squad. He's made alot of fans since he arrived and everyone wishes him the best in his recovery. Was it risky? Personally, I think whenever you sign a player who's just had a major injury and still had a long road to recovery at time of signing, its a risk. Every major injury is individual/unique and no-one knows how a person reacts to treatment or the long term effects but now he's here he needs our full support and think we'll all be glad when he's back fully fit in the squad....

I think i better had lol

Ask Bill. I slept with him in Germany

My daughter in on a sports rehab course at Uni and her lecturers are ridiculously experienced in that field. One has worked at City another with the England cricket team
My post on Gundogan's injury and potential future weakness comes from their opinions
