For the armed forces to take over a civilian investigation, I believe it'd need to go through the Home Secretary and the PM.

Had some top nights up there during the 90's mate.It was when everyone was popping pills and their was a lot of free love going around lol!
We did see a nasty incident when we we're waiting to get in a pub called the pig and whistle one night,some mad fucker with a gun shot the doorman and killed him.
