Gym Reccomendations?

If its anything in Manchester like it is in belfast then puregym is excellent. £18 a month, no contracts and always plenty of machines.

£25 joining fee puts me off !!
What does that cover ??

Use google, you can usually find a code which waives the fee if you sign up online.

Plus if you sign up online you don't need to do the stupid introductions

I just googled a code and then signed up online. Pure Gym in Spinningfierlds is great, apart from the changing rooms which are minging. Piddly (but scalding) showers, small lockers and it's hot & sweaty to boot.

Save yourself a fortune and do the Insanity workout from home. Unless you want to look like The Rock, insanity will tone and work pretty much all your muscles and the cardio is unbeatable.
