I wonder if there actually is anything in the laws of the game re a time limit beyond which play cannot be called back when an advantage doesn't accrue.

let's be honest we got away with one against Fulham. But I reckon the ref evened it up for the wrong decision to send Cancelo off.

There isn’t, but we clearly got the advantage of KDB crossing the ball into the box with poor marking of EBH. It was just that he was offside!
