Hair discrimination

I represented a member a few years ago because management decided her purple hair "breached uniform standards"

The charge was dropped as I managed to prove the manager was using it as a tool to bully her.

She's still here and he "left the business to pursue new challenges"

It was on my itv local news program before the main itv news.
People were saying that people with afro hair were being discriminated because of their hair. Something about an anti hair discrimination day in September I think.
I didnt realise it was a thing
