It should become part of the terms and conditions of ticket sale that no half and half scarf at certain matches. If only home fans it should also apply to wearing something of the opposition.

There should not be half’n’half scarves for any matches.

Not just the scarves but all and any ‘colours’ of other clubs should be banned in the home ends at the Etihad.

In just the last two seasons, I’ve seen shirts of River Plate, the Mexican national team, Ukraine, Hajduk Split, some Saudi team, New York City, Celtic (genuinely! against Fulham last season), Hull City…

There was someone with a Liverpool scarf at a game that wasn’t against Lpool (and it wasn’t a h’n’h scarf, but proper full Lpool scarf).

There should be Ts&Cs introduced that ban entrance to the stadium with the badges, shirts, coats, hats, scarves… ‘colours’… of any club that’s not City.

Google half and half football shirts, select images and you will vomit at the number of abominations on show.
A half home and half away shirt might be amusing, if you are easily amused, but there are much worse on there.
