I think we have to accept that until we qualify for the CL, or look likely to in the very near future, many of the top players wont want to know. We are restricted to players that have an agenda with their existing clubs or players just below world class.

That may not be a bad thing. Signing a dream team will bring its own problems, they usually have massive egos and will all expect the team to be built round them. One top player per window may be easier to assimilate.

We really HAVE to get away from these small time attitudes... hopefully this window will put an end to posts like this. The future's bright, the future's blue :)
