Take the job Tommy! Not only is he a decent choice for England manager he can't rock up at United either.
Probably the fact our managers contract ends this season with currently no new deal in place. Probably because he has heavily been linked with England and didn't dismiss it when recently asked. Probably because he has said he wants to manage national football in the future. It is a big story, involving our manager. Is a city forum not the place to discuss such things as this? What is the reason for this thread? You lot need to calm the fuck down !
I would have thought he's not particularly bothered about wages at all. Doing what he wants to do will be top of his list.If I was Pep I would use every trick in the book to tempt the boss to increase my wages, whilst also thinking he wants to defend the World Club Championship
Anyone who thinks or believes Pep will become the next England manager cannot be serious...
Not a fucking prayer
Lol, you have learned nothing about him in nine yearsProbably the fact our managers contract ends this season with currently no new deal in place. Sorry you are right, he will never ever leave and he certainly wont go into international management (even if that is exactly what he has said) as you wereLol, you have learned nothing about him in nine years

Ha, there are a million reasons why he wouldnt take the england job, one being the level of scrutiny england managers get is off the scale, he barely can hide his distain for the hacks as it is , if he does take the job i will run naked up my street , pics and video, lolHe usually says exactly what Id say minus the expletives. I've loved how much of a massive bert Pep is. This had a different tone but was probably because he was speaking to Italian media and felt more relaxed.
Tuchel news is encouraging and calmed me down a bit, I just got a bit flappy at the sheer horror of Pep managing England. I genuinely don't think I could take it, would feel like your wife shagging your school bully.
I have taken a wrong turn, can you direct me to the place where all things City can be discussed?
There are reasons when you are in denial like yourself. When asked recently, if there was a million reasons why he wouldn't take the job, his flat out answer would have been no. Just like when asked about the Spain position. You are saying the England job is scrutiny like he isn't under the microscope being our manager. We all want him to stay and I think he will do one more year to be honest. I just wouldn't say the England job is as farfetched as you are making out. The simple answer is, none of us know.Ha, there are a million reasons why he wouldnt take the england job, one being the level of scrutiny england managers get is off the scale, he barely can hide his distain for the hacks as it is , if he does take the job i will run naked up my street , pics and video, lol

I am willing to bet you are not on £20m a year. I doubt Pep needs to negotiate for an extra 5k a year etcIf I was Pep I would use every trick in the book to tempt the boss to increase my wages, whilst also thinking he wants to defend the World Club Championship
Interested to know why you think that. Argentinian football is mafia controlled. Can’t see pep going along wi that. I reckon he’ll have a bash at the US job. He’ll go to Argentina if manages an international team
If Pep had said to Khaldoon "I'll sign for 5 more years if you give me £xm per year", Khaldoon would have had the pen in Peps hand before the words reached his earsI am willing to bet you are not on £20m a year. I doubt Pep needs to negotiate for an extra 5k a year etc
With his heritage I would think Spain would be low down the list - but he did play for them so you just never knowPep’s old school, a man of honour and integrity
He would only manage his own country
That's not accurate - it's the PL who are trying. Why would Pep want to manage England? The FA are trying to ruin City and his reputation.
