but in addition to that law in the bluemoon book of war ( article assasination of any enemy combatant leader W2489) it states that any fugitive/law enforcer/combatant leader if sighted across enemy lines can be held captive in POW camps or assisinated on the spot!!! i think i am well within them regulations!
