I too have complain and its follow up to previous complaints about the same subject The BBC will construct one of their standard replies and this is what we will get in the next few weeks All complaints and replies are made available to the audience committee what ever that may be Once the reply is received then log another one saying that you are not satisfied with the first and feel its just a generic reply and its not good enough They then have to follow up and have to reply in a personal way this takes up more of their time and again gets logged I urge more to complain they do count and cant be brushed under the carpet Im going to follow up this time with a e-mail to my MP, who happens to be a blue
