As has been said multiple times the noise was something different, it was primal; it was like nothing else you would encounter in a football stadium. The relief turning into unbridled joy and mayhem that ensued afterwards was the greatest celebration imaginable.

You seen his documentary? Did the exact same thing in a final at youth level in Argentina, but was already on a yellow so one of his team mates swapped shirts so he could get away with it!

That run means Nedum's then not quite able to get his tackle in on Sergio and the rest is history! Most of the time I just shudder at the idea of Nedum bringing Sergio down - he so nearly does, and us having to score a penalty to win it!

Can you imagine the panic we'd have all felt if that was the case?! Balotelli would have probably just backheeled it in.

Still have the bruises on my legs from stumbling down 4/5 rows after "that goal" hugging everyone along the way
Still also have the bruised knuckles from the Sunderland game when I was punching my seat just knowing we'd NEVER score twice in the last 10 minutes ;)

Was in the blue anchor in Holborn with a policeman mate called Mark. I think there were 3 floors to the pub full off blues. Started singing we remember gillingham with about 10 minutes left. When Aguero's goal went in the roof nearly came off. Barstaff showering everyone with champagne while Queen we are the champions rang out. I gave up drinking a month & ten days later & haven't needed a drop since.
 
I knew there was something today, thanks for filling that hole that I’ve been looking to fill today ;-)
