Elano is on the bench because Hughes feels he should be. He is more qualified than you or i to make that decision. As for his man management i have no idea what it is like and i would suggest you don't either unless you are an employee of MCFC. Don't believe all you read.

We all thought Keegan was a great at man-management but he was notorious for having his favourites (Fowler & McManaman) and hated the Goat and Berkovic, among others, and wouldn't play them. Far worse than Hughes, who has played more players this season than any other Premiership manager.

Pearce, I know for sure, couldn't man-manage. With Sven, we used to ask wtf was Vassell doing on the pitch. I can't remember off the top of my head but who was it that Peter Reid wouldn't play?

We don't really know what goes on behind the scenes at the moment so saying he is allowing his personal feelings to interfere with team selection is just an opinion you have. Eddie N said in an interview on Sunday that they want players who give 100% even in training and 99% isn't good enough. Maybe Elano isn't giving 100%.

Who cares if Elanos a Twat, he should have played more than he has in certain games. If MH is not playing him because he is a Twat....that is worrying.
